We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run this website:

  • Contact form details you choose to submit — your name, email address, phone number and message.
  • A small cookie that remembers your language preference (English or Hindi). It contains no personal identity.
  • Standard, anonymised server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept temporarily for security and performance.

How we use your information

  • To read and respond to enquiries you send through the contact form.
  • To remember whether you prefer the site in English or Hindi.
  • To keep the website secure, diagnose technical problems and improve content.

What we never do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.

Data storage & security

Submissions are stored on a secured server and are accessible only to authorised Gram Panchayat administrators through a password-protected admin panel. The site is served entirely over encrypted HTTPS.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have shared with us. Write to us and we will act on reasonable requests promptly.
